I regularly visit this lovely salon in Hampstead. The whole team are very welcoming, professional, polite and very helpful. Ive had lots of the treatments here and all are done to a very high level, the therapists all work to a high standard. The hot stone treatment with Vila was better than perfect and Irum in the salon was lovely, friendly and professional. Thank you to the whole team

Best facial ever with Dilak! Gorgeous relaxing salon in Hampstead. Used to go to Pharm in South End Green for over a decade. Miss it being there. Treatments are always excellent.

After two years, I finally had a facial with Dilak, and it was absolutely amazing! I felt so relaxed and refreshed. If you’re looking for the best place for a facial, I highly recommend seeing Dilak — she’s truly the best!

She creates such a calm, comfortable atmosphere that puts me at ease straight away. Kind, patient, and gentle, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making each treatment feel right for you. On top of that, incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things clearly. I always leave feeling more confident, not just in the treatments, but in myself. Dilak is one of those rare people who combines expertise with warmth, and that’s why I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Had a great experience here- wanted to hold off until I saw results post-facial. I came in with a broken skin barrier and about a month of constant breakouts with no idea how to fix them. I have dry skin but have never had a problem like this despite using retinols/exfoliants and being good at taking care of my skin. I saw Shima, who did an amazing facial, extraction, and gave me clear tips on what to do after. In a week, my skin has cleared up considerably and felt much better after leaving immediately despite being a bit bumpy from the extractions. The facial was 5/5 stars. The location is great but the building could use a bit of a facelift, better sound insulation between rooms and so forth.
